Hey Beautiful Peeps ~
Update on my Clean Cleanse... I was doing the Elimination Prep diet a bit half ass. And, I want to do it right. I have all of my goodies for the cleanse as you see in the video. But, I am not going to start with the supplements until after Christmas. And, the supplements are for 21 days. So, that is what I will be rockin'.
To be honest, I have been having a bit of resistance around it. But, I just keep focusing on how well I am going to feel. I have done enough cleanses to know that there is magic at the end. So, that is what is inspiring me to just start and take consistent action! :)
Some quick commitments for the next 3-4 weeks:
* Winter is a time to hibernate, to relax, and complete the year. It is a great time to go inward and rest. So, I am committing to hibernate for the next 3-4 weeks. Lots of reading, meditating, journaling, visualizing and breathing! :)
* And, I have learned through Ayurveda that our bodies love cycles and rhythms. We thrive on eating at certain times and going to bed and waking up at the same time everyday. So, I am committing to doing this. I will wake up before the sunrise. And, I will greet the beautiful sun with my meditation and visualization. And, I will have a regular schedule for my meals.
* I commit to doing my Universal Mind Meditation every night as I am falling asleep.
* I commit to doing a morning and an afternoon movement practice. It can be anything from rebounding, walking, dancing, yoga, strength training, hiking, whatever feels good for the day. Each session will be at least 30 minutes.
* I commit to skin brushing everyday (I will share a video on this soon! :)
* I commit to my Internet schedule. I will disconnect from the Internet more and connect to my Higher Self in silence during those times when I would have otherwise been online!
* I commit to remove, restore & rejevenate!

Be at Your Ideal Weight Everyday!
Hello Everyone ~
This video was inspired by Geneen Roth's wisdom. I love, cherish and appreciate her work on emotional eating and body image! I know the video is light and playful and this is how I think we should approach our weight and life! Is it really that serious? I know that the voice in our heads can feel very real, and that weight can sometimes consume our minds. But, life doesn't have to be that way.
Trust me I know as I have struggled with my weight and body image and I have come to realize that I am not going to allow the scale to dictate my moods. And, I am going to love my body everyday no matter what!!!
There are times I still entertain the voice that says, "Hey if you were 139lbs forever, you would be happy forever. You would never have to worry about anything ever again." But, the reality is even when I am at 139lbs that voice will nag me about something else that needs to change. Or will just find another area where it thinks I am inadequate! So, I have decided to have my scale tell me I am 139lbs every time I step on it! Yahooo! Sweet, now I can have an awesome day everyday! :)
We need to allow our bodies wisdom to come through. We need to listen to Her guide us... telling us what to eat, how to move our bodies, and when to sleep. She has all of these answers if we stop, listen, breathe and ask..."What does my body want now!?!" And, keep trusting Her to guide you. She will.
The world needs our light, our Goddessness to shine. We can't tap into our highest self if we are worrying about our weight! We need to love all of our cells, all of us (even if it is a bit extra than we would like). Stand in awe of the miracle known as our body and give it the reverence it deserves!

I am getting ready this weekend for the clean cleanse that I will be doing for the next 3-4 weeks! My diet is going to be a mostly raw vegan diet. I will share more later on what I will be doing and eliminating! :) How fun!!

Hey Hey beautiful Goddesses ~
So, I made a new rule today. I am only going to be online for 2 hours a day. I am going to have a morning session and a afternoon session. I looove the Internet, I love my blog, I love all of my online friends! I get lots of energy and mojo from all of it!
And, I also don't like to be sitting at my computer all the time - which I can feel like I can do when I don't have set rules. So, that is my intention and I am going to be in the world more, play more, read more, engage more, and probably take more naps! :)
So, I am just playing with it to see how it goes. I don't really like rules but I also don't want to live my life looking at my big Mac screen (although she is pretty damn sexy! ;).
And, I am starting my cleanse this weekend. It is going to be the Clean Program by Dr. Alejandro Junger. I am excited about it as I know that I am going to feel amazing. It is a 21 day cleanse but I am going to stick with the protocols for diet for the next month as I purify, cleanse into the New Year.
My intention is to do a physical cleanse and also do a mind cleanse. Releasing old beliefs, patterns, habits that no longer serve me as I step in the next grand version of myself!

Get out of a funk! :)
Hey Everyone ~
Hope you're day is rockin'! This is my fun video of how to get out of a funk. The best way to do this is to get out of your head and into your body, laugh, play and have fun! :)
I know sometimes when I am feeling funky I don't really want to move. I just want to just sit and feel blah!! But, every single time I get up and move and do affirmations, laugh and enjoy life I feel soooo much better. The funky moods seem to pass through a lot faster when I move the energy!
Speaking of moving the energy. I just had an awesome energy/bodywork session. I feel soooo good. I am reminded how much I love silence, deep breathing, being in my body, relaxing and tuning into my deeper wisdom, my intuition.
I am off to read, write, have a yummy dinner and sit by the fire! Enjoying the simple pleasures in life!!
I love my life!
