AM - 45 minute yoga
PM - 20 minute rebounder 30 minute walk
I had an awesome, productive & creative day!! I am so excited about my training and about my nutrition and about rockin' the CLEAN program for the next 21 days!!
I interviewed Kris Carr yesterday and it was *awesome*! She is such an amazing Goddess. I will let ya know when the interview is up!

My Training was...
AM ~ 15 minute rebounder and 20 minute run/5 minute walk
PM ~ 20 minute walk & 30 minute Strength Training
Reflections ~ My run today was heavenly delicious! It felt soooo good! :) I totally felt like I was in the flow! And, it felt awesome to train twice today! My energy was awesome and balanced and I felt strong in my body! I am loving it! :)
So, as I said in my video rockin' the Clean program starting today! I am recording my nutrition and my fitness training! Yahooooo! Love it!
It has been a week of turning it up for me. I have been rockin' new am/pm rituals & creative production rituals and starting today rockin' my new nutrition/training rituals! Life is goooood!
My Nutrition today...
Aloe Vera juice 2 oz, 16 oz of cucumber juice, Smoothie (sun warrior, coconut water, chia seeds, stevia, cacao nibs), 16 oz of green juice (cucumber, celery, kale), Quinoa, ½ avocado, coconut aminos, dulse, kelp, garlic and then a Spout salad with raw crackers
My training was a 60 minute hike and 15 minute of yoga!

Real Bliss and ecstacy come from activating one's potential, not mere accomplishment or getting things. The real messge behind that is, on the way to accomplishment you have to become something.
