HOME!

Hey Beautiful Peeps!

It feels so good to be home. I really love being at home. I love routines, I love making my own food, I like sleeping in my own bed. I just like home! :) I used to always want to be traveling and seeing the world. And, I have felt a shift in the last couple of years of wanting to have a grounding home energy, my own space. And, we have created our home to be like a retreat so even beautiful hotels and spas aren't that interesting when you have your own sacred home! :)

This week I interviewed Sonia Choquette! She is AMAZING. I really love her and I am reading her book: The Answer is Simple... Love Yourself, Live Your Spirit! I will put the interview up this week. But, in the meantime check out my other Podcasts! I have added some *awesome* interviews in the last couple of weeks. I think you will really enjoy them! :)

I know I am a bit behind on my daily videos! :) But, I have a bunch of them uploaded at YouTube.com/MyGoddessLife if you want to check them out there and subsribe so that you can keep up to date! :)

Alrighty, I am off to do my second TM meditation for the day. I am enjoying my mantra and meditating twice a day! Looking forward to my new meditation journey!

Hope all is magical and wonderful in your world!

Love & Love,

Alexandra

Mini Vacation

Hey beautiful Goddesses (& Heroes ;) ~

We are on a mini vacation learning Transcendental Meditation and relaxing, reading, enjoying, going to Whole Foods (omg I loooove that place :), watching movies and journaling... Ahhhh it feels good! :) I have to say it has been nice to be away from the computer for a couple of days. I love the connection AND, I love the disconnection! :)

I finished Maps to Ecstasy by Gabrielle Roth today! I LOVE THIS GODDESS! She is such a poet, mystic and divine human being!! Her brilliance, divinity and goodness leaps out in every word, every page. She is such a wonderful writer and I connect to her in a big way!

I will share with you one of the many passages that inspired me! :)

"Living out of the imagination means more and more moving through fear, anger, and sadness into joy as your basic emotional frequency.

Imagination involves giving your intuitions form. Playing out hunches. Making your visions happen. Enriching your world, putting your mark on it. The way you dress, the way you cook and eat, the way you arrange and furnish your home, the way you speak, write, think all add up to your personal contribution. And, it is your sacred task to express your true self with flare and authenticity, your gift to give the world. When students tell me they'd love to dance like me, I tell them, 'Great, then dance like you.'"

And, speaking of dancing our own dance, I am off to watch the movie Man on Wire

To imagination & authenticity,

Alexandra

Sun Salutations with Affirmations

Hello Hello!

Today was an awesome day. Days feel so full don't they!?! Getting ready to go on a mini vacation. We are going to a awesome hotel to read, write, relax, spa it up and workout (I love super fancy hotels fitness areas)! And, we are also going to be learning TM Meditation from an awesome friend of Gay & Katie Hendricks. She chilled with the Beatles in Rishikesh and Maharishi back in the day!! Super excited about this. AND, going to meet with Terry Cole Whittaker about doing an independent ministerial program with her! YAY! How grand is life!?! :)

My training is going GREAT! I am sore today but it feels so amazing to move my body! I know I said that yesterday. But, I want to say it again. I find God when I am playing in my body!! :)

I actually find God in movement, in food, in learning and studying, meditating, journaling, being in nature, cuddling, kissing, sexin', loving, cooking, playing with animals, and having inspiring conversations, and of course dancing and singing! :)

Where do you find God!?!

Oh! And, big news over here in Goddess & Philosopher world - Brian launched PhilosophersNotes TV - Check out this episode! :)

Have a yummy day!

Love & Love,

Alexandra

Hello Goddesses!

I started my training today and shared part of my Goddess Fitness workout today in the video above. :) I love my Goddess Fitness workouts with yoga, strength, cardio, & free style dancin' (just like this video!). It is the best workout ever!!

My nourishment was alright today. Still had my dark chocolate & my hot cocoa. But, thrilled I worked out. OMG! Seriousy, it felt sooooo gooood to workout with focus & intensity. My cells were singing for joy! :)

Here is a picture of my daily cards!

My pictures tend to be a bit ghetto-tastic here on my blog so you might want to check it out on my facebook picture here! :)

Hope you had a magical day!
