I am a big fan of doing mini workouts. Just moving your body 10 minutes is beneficial and you will feel great after doing it. And, I believe it works best when you smile, laugh and have fun! :)
Here is a quick mini workout that you can do anywhere
Squats x 20
Calf Raises x 20
Abs x 20 (you can do this exercise on a chair or even doing 20 crunches works)
Lunges 10 each leg
Smile, Laugh and Shake your booty 30 seconds! :)
Do this once for a mini workout. And, if you want a longer workout 15-20 minutes do this 3-4 times with a 1 minute break in between cycles and you have an awesome lower body workout!!
Love & sexy legs,
Alexandra

I saw This Is It the other night and it was *amazing*! I have always been a huge MJ fan. I mean there are hours of footage of me dancing to him when I was younger. I used to have the glove, do the moonwalk and had a scrapbook. My scrapbook rocked, I cut out everything and anything that was Michael Jackson and put it into a book. I looooved him.
This movie was amazing! His commitment to excellence, and his genius was incredibly inspiring. And, it was beautiful to see his genius at work behind the scenes! The way he moves, and how in tune he was to his craft was stunning.
And, I love this scene... Totally sexy, fun and playful! :)
I walked out of the movie with excellence on my mind and feeling totally inspired. MJ wanted to create such a world for people, it was all about the experience, taking people to a place they have never been before. I love this idea!! I was in awe watching him. He wasn't in a hurry, he was patient, brilliant and in the moment. He wanted everything to be just right and he was willing to keep rehearsing till he felt it was right. AMAZING!!
How many of us really do anything excellent? I think if we are honest, we do things just to get by, or maybe good or great but to truly live with the intention of excellence... WOW! So, this weekend I have been contemplating and feeling into how I take my life up to the next level? What would it look like for me to be that committed to my craft!?! Amazing, awesome and rockin' right!?! :)
Big Thanks to MJ for always being such an inspiration!!
To excellence, creative genius and love,
Alexandra
